The brain loses around 2 million brain cells every minute during a stroke, so this could provide a major step forward in fast and effective treatment of stroke. That trial Car Front Bumper Mould Bottom Die Suppliers will test if markers of inflammation are reduced by Kineret and test safety in intracerebral haemorrhage. It is one of biologic agents transforming treatment in a range of illnesses. There are two main types of stroke: ischemic, caused by lack of blood flow, and haemorrhagic, caused by bleeding in the brain.Washington: Turns out, this drug reduces inflammation in stroke patients. However, if further trials are successful, we hope it could vastly improve outcomes and quality of life for people who have had a stroke.."The research has not yet proven that this drug can reduce patient disability after stroke.Professor Craig Smith from The University of Manchester is also a stroke physician at Salford Royal. It is funded by the National Institute for Health Research.Inflammatory markers were measured in the blood before treatment began and during study treatment."Excessive inflammation after a stroke is known to be harmful and predicts a worse outcome in patients. And another trial in 80 patients with stroke caused bleeding in the brain, known as intracerebral haemorrhage, will also start in 2018. According to a study led by the University of Manchester, an anti-inflammatory drug given to patients in the early stages of a stroke has been shown by researchers to reduce harmful inflammation. The findings from this study are published in the journal Stroke. The drug can be given quickly, via injection or via a drip. However, scientists at the University of Manchester have previously shown IL-1 increases inflammation and brain injury following a stroke.A stroke occurs when poor blood flow to the brain results in cell death. The team of researchers cannot say for sure at this stage how the reduction in inflammation will impact on clinical outcomes. The 80 Participants in the study - carried out at Salford's Greater Manchester Stroke Centre at Salford Royal- were given 6 doses of the drug or placebo over three days."The same research team has shown that Kineret reduces inflammation and is safe in patients with bleeding around the brain, a condition known as subarachnoid haemorrhage.Kineret works by blocking the actions of IL-1 which is released into the body following injury caused by a stroke. The study follows earlier research that shows the drug given as an intravenous therapy reduces inflammation in stroke and sub arachnoid haemorrhage patients. The drug, Kineret, licensed for treating rheumatoid arthritis, was given as a small injection just under the skin without giving the patients any identifiable adverse reactions. The first dose was given within 6 hours after the onset of the stroke symptoms. This means that it can be used in different settings, for example, it could potentially be given in ambulances on the way to hospital.Stroke is the most common cause of disability in adults and a leading cause of death worldwide."Hilary Reynolds, Executive Director of Strategy & Research at the Stroke Association said, "This study builds on evidence that IL-1Ra (Kineret) helps to reduce inflammation and brain damage in a wide range of stroke patients soon after a stroke. He said, "Though Strokes affect different people in different ways, for many people they have a devastating effect on their long-term health and wellbeing.""We have shown that Kineret injections, started within six hours of stroke onset significantly reduces levels of inflammation in patients. The Manchester study - a double blind trial where Kineret was tested against placebo - looked at ischemic strokes only.To definitively test if Kineret improves patient outcomes in subarachnoid haemorrhage, a national trial of Kineret in 1000 patients, funded by the Medical Research Council and National Institute for Health Research, will start in 2018.The protein Interleukin-1 (IL-1) is part of the body's defences and naturally produced to combat a range of illnesses ادامه مطلب

Kalamsat v2 uses modified new kind of electronic systems and buses which makes use of commercially off-the-shelf components to make the space exploration easier and economical.About 13 minutes 26 seconds after Sub-instrument Assembly the PSLV lift-off, Microsat-R was successfully injected into intended orbit of 274 km.2Kg Kalamsat v2 was prepared in 6 days, and was under development since the last 6 years. After injection, two solar arrays of the satellite were deployed automatically and ISRO Telemetry Tracking & Command Network (ISTRAC) at Bengaluru assumed control of the satellite.2Kgs and is named Kalamsat v2.This flight marked the first mission of PSLV-DL, a new variant of PSLV with two strap-on motors. This new low غير مجاز مي باشدt technology will help students to conduct several inspiring experiments in space by attaching their instruments to the last stage of the rocket,” Dr Sivan said.In the previous PSLV launch on November 29, PSLV-C43 had successfully launched India’s HysIS as well as 30 customer satellites from abroad. ISRO is open to all students across India. This satellite launched from Satish Dhawan space centre, Sriharikota on 24th January 2019 at 23:39 hrs IST. The development team will be testing the performances of these newly modified systems like OBC, eps, communication, and structure. It is the first such satellite that was designed and built in India.Kalamsat v2 is a 10cm cube satellite weighing just 1,200 grams..The 1. This satellite will be used by the Indian Defence research team. This satellite weighs just 1. He also introduced the Kalamsat-V2 team. However, what also stole the show was another satellite that was also put into orbit. It will reduce the غير مجاز مي باشدt of space exploration and launch very much and also reduce the development of space debris. Kalamsat-V2, a student payload, first to use PS4 as an orbital platform, was taken to its designated orbit about 1 hour and 40 minutes after lift-off. The 20+ team of students at Space Kidz India were headed by Srimathy Kesan. “We must strive for science-oriented India.Subsequently, the fourth stage (PS4) of the vehicle was moved to a higher circular orbit of 453 km after two restarts of the stage, to establish an orbital platform for carrying out experiments.Onboard the PSLV was the world’s lightest satellite that was built by Indian students. Young scientists will shape the future of India,” Dr Sivan said.In his post-launch address, Chairman Dr K Sivan said the PSLV-C44 mission was unique as it was for the first time ISRO used the last stage of the rocket as a platform to perform experiments in space. The satellite was launched using the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) and was successfully placed into orbit. We want students to bring their satellites to us and we will launch them.Kalamsat will be the first-ever satellite to use this ps4 as the orbital platform and do research. He congratulated Kalamsat-V2 team for their perfection in making satellites.ISRO’s rocket launch on January 24 was mainly to put into orbit a 740-kg satellite named Microsat-R that will be used to take high-resolution photographs of the earth. The Kalamsat v2 satellite was entirely built by team Space Kidz India.“I hope the student community will make use of this opportunity being provided by ISRO. The satellite غير مجاز مي باشدt the student team around Rs 12 Lakhs, but ISRO launched it into orbit for free ادامه مطلب

. “The slide in oil prices continues ..In India, which overtook Japan as the world’s third-biggest oil importer last year, crude imports fell by more than 4 per cent between April and May to around 4.9 million bpd hit in 2005.For the first five months of the year, India’s imports are about flat to the same period last year, following an annual rise of 7.In a market condition known as contango, where spot crude oil prices are cheaper than those for future delivery, it is profitable to store oil for a later sales...50 a barrel cheaper than that for delivery in early 2018.In China, vying with the US Rear Door Assembly Factory as the world’s biggest oil importer, imports in May were still at a near record of 9 million bpd, but a looming cut in refinery operations is set to hit demand for crude oil in the third quarter. The three countries make up a fifth of 97 million barrels per day (bpd) in global oil consumption, and any hiccups among them will mean lower-than-expected oil demand growth in Asia, helping to undercut the Opec-led effort to support prices.Singapore: As the global oil market frets about a stubborn supply glut, faltering demand growth in key Asian crude importers is further hampering efforts to restore market balance.A fuel glut in China, a hangover from demonetisation in India, and an ageing, declining population in Japan are holding back crude oil demand growth in three of the world’s top four oil buyers.Doubts over Opec’s compliance with its own targets and soaring US output have led to scepticism that markets will re-balance soon.“We are indeed seeing lower demand from more than a few clients — air, marine, road, industrial . as markets remain skeptical of Opec’s ability to balance supplies,” ANZ bank said on Friday. In the latest indicator of a supply overhang, traders said that five very large crude carriers have been chartered in recent days to store unsold oil. In Japan, Asia’s most advanced economy, oil demand has been in structural decline for years due to a declining, ageing population, and the rise of cars with better mileage or that use alternative fuels.Japan in April imported around 3.5 million bpd, down from a peak of 5..The cheap spot price comes despite the effort led by the Opec to cut production by 1.8 bpd that has been in place since January.Currently, spot Brent is almost .2 million bpd, as after-effects of the country’s demonetisation program hit consumption.Coupled with plentiful supplies, the stuttering demand in Asia has contributed to a 20 per cent price fall for Brent crude oil to around per barrel, in what is the biggest slump in a first half of a year since 1997.4 per cent last year. They are actually consuming less fuel than anticipated,” said Michael Corley, managing director of Mercatus Energy Advisors. Each VLCC can hold around 2 million barrels of oil, and the five chartered for storage add to around 25 supertankers already sitting in Malaysian waters.“If oil prices head lower, floating storage will get more traction,” said Ashok Sharma, managing director of ship broker BRS Baxi in Singapore ادامه مطلب
